When you visit our website, we may also automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through standard server logs and may be supplemented by cookies or analytics tools.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not collect personal information from individuals we know to be under 18 years of age.

2. Why We Collect Your Personal Information

We collect your personal information for the following purposes:

We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than those listed above without first obtaining your consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

3. How We Share Your Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers. We may share your information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us with operating our website and delivering communications (for example, email delivery services or website analytics providers). These vendors are permitted to use your information solely to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Legal requirements. We may disclose your personal information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or where we have reasonable grounds to believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Payvisor, our clients, or the public.

Business transfers. If Payvisor is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance if your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

4. Consent

By submitting the free assessment form on our website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support@payvisor.net, subject to any legal or contractual restrictions. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide you with certain services or information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. Assessment submissions, including name, email, and phone number, are generally retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission or last meaningful contact, whichever is later. Server and technical logs are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or loss. Our website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to personal information is limited to personnel who require it to carry out their responsibilities. No method of internet transmission is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Essential cookies — necessary for the website to operate
  • Analytics cookies — to measure aggregate traffic and usage patterns; this data does not identify you personally

You may disable cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect the functionality of certain parts of our website.
