Assessment submissions, including name, email, and phone number, are generally retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission or last meaningful contact, whichever is later. Server and technical logs are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or loss. Our website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to personal information is limited to personnel who require it to carry out their responsibilities.
