Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Payvisor website located at payvisor.net, operated by 0962170 BC LTD., doing business as Payvisor ("Payvisor," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or submitting a request for a free assessment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
If you are accessing our website on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1. Description of Services
Payvisor provides credit card and payment processing solutions designed for unattended retail environments, including vending machines, self-service kiosks, automated retail terminals, laundry facilities, EV charging stations, and similar unmanned point-of-sale applications.
Our website is an informational platform where prospective merchants can learn about our services and request a free payment processing assessment. Ongoing payment processing services are provided under a separate Merchant Services Agreement entered into between Payvisor and each individual merchant client.
2. Free Assessment
Payvisor offers a complimentary payment processing assessment to qualifying businesses at no charge and with no obligation. By submitting the assessment form, you agree to the following:
- You provide your name, email address, and optionally your phone number for the sole purpose of allowing Payvisor to prepare and deliver your assessment.
- Submitting the form does not create a merchant account, processing agreement, or any binding obligation between you and Payvisor.
- The assessment is an informational analysis based on the information you provide and general market data. It is not a guaranteed rate quote, a commitment to provide services, or financial or legal advice.
- By providing your contact information, you consent to Payvisor contacting you regarding your results and related services. You may opt out of further communications at any time by emailing support@payvisor.net.
- Payvisor reserves the right to decline to provide an assessment at its sole discretion.
